Sales Representative — full time.

Help families and businesses protect what they've worked hard to build, while building a career with real upside. This role is ideal for ambitious people who love talking to people, learning fast, and seeing the results of their work.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships in your local community.
  • Quote and bind personal lines policies — auto, home, umbrella, and life.
  • Educate clients on coverage options and build long-term retention.
  • Follow up on warm agency leads and renewals with care and consistency.
  • Hit weekly and monthly production goals with the support of your mentor.

What we're looking for

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required).
  • Property & Casualty license a plus — we'll help you get it if you don't.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation.
