Sales Representative — full time.
Help families and businesses protect what they've worked hard to build, while building a career with real upside. This role is ideal for ambitious people who love talking to people, learning fast, and seeing the results of their work.
What you'll do
- Prospect and develop new client relationships in your local community.
- Quote and bind personal lines policies — auto, home, umbrella, and life.
- Educate clients on coverage options and build long-term retention.
- Follow up on warm agency leads and renewals with care and consistency.
- Hit weekly and monthly production goals with the support of your mentor.
What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable with goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required).
- Property & Casualty license a plus — we'll help you get it if you don't.
- Clean background and reliable transportation.
